Globe makes 5G handsets more affordable, starts at PHP 1,299 per month

In an effort to make 5G more available to more consumers, Globe is offering discounted rates on its portfolio of 5G-ready smartphones.

Until September 30, 2020, Globe's ThePlan for 5G smartphones will be available for as low as PHP 1,299 per month.

In our Speedtest in BGC, the nova 7 SE 5G powered by Globe 5G recorded a DL speed of 519 Mbps and an upload speed of 43.4 Mbps. Meanwhile, higher-end phones like the P40 Pro+ can reach 700 to 800 Mbps. Basically, it is so much faster than the current 4G DL average download speed of just 15.94 Mbps.
