It aims to bring on-demand blood deliveries by drones across the country. According to the group, it will be the largest drone delivery operation in the Asia-Pacific region.

Also, it is a part of a broader effort to provide access to hundreds of medicines for millions of people.

The group will start with blood from the Philippine Red Cross. Next, the service will expand to include over 150 critical and life-saving products.

Zipline said that it plans to establish 3 distribution centers designed to make hundreds of deliveries per day to thousands of health facilities serving millions of people across the country.

The company also plans to launch the first of its three planned distribution centers in the Visayas region. Future distribution centers will potentially help the partnership expand service to eastern Visayas and Mindanao.

The drones are designed to provide vital medical products to hard to reach areas fast. In that way, it could help save thousands of lives during emergencies.

According to the Philippine Red Cross and Zipline, the autonomous drones can carry 1.8 kilos of cargo and fly up to 145 kilometers per hour even in high winds and rain.

Deliveries are made from the sky, with the drone descending to a safe height above the ground and releasing a box of medicine by parachute to a designated spot at the health centers it serves.

The service will use a network of autonomous drones to make on-demand emergency deliveries. It is expected to launch in the summer of 2020 and will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In comparison, it is more powerful than the Redmi K30 with Snapdragon 730 that has a score of 302,847. The score is also higher than the previous Snapdragon 845 flagship chip and the Kirin 980.

MT6885 is a chip that has 4x 2.2GHz Cortex-A77 cores and 4x 2.0gHz Cortex-A55 cores.

While benchmark scores are not everything, the score that the MT6885 got showed that MediaTek's new 5G mid-range chip is no joke.

Based on rumors, the Reno 3 will be driven by MT6885 SoC. Samsung's future mid-range 5G devices might be powered by this chip as well.
