The makers of TikTok are testing a new swipe-to-skip streaming music app

TikTok owner ByteDance has just started testing its music streaming app, Resso, in India and Indonesia. The TikTok-styled app was quietly released at the end of the last month. A report from Bloomberg suggests the app was initially launched six months ago and has garnered over 27,000 users. Now, it’s available on the Google Play Store and the App Store in these countries. The app is free to use with a premium tier offering at Rs. 119 ($1.68) – the same as Spotify. I’ve spent a couple of hours with the app, and it clearly isn’t anything like traditional music apps.…

In particular, Xiaomi will open the Mi Authorized Store at level 2 of SM City Santa Rosa, Laguna on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at 11AM.

Those who will visit the store can enjoy a 5 percent opening discount across all available Mi products including the new Mi Note 10 with a 108MP penta-camera setup.

It is also a phone packed with a 6.47-inch FHD+ notch AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 730G chip, Adreno 618 GPU, 6GB RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, 5,260mAh battery with USB-C 30W fast charging, and a 32MP f/2.0 front camera.

Xiaomi also announced that they will raffle a brand new Redmi Note 8 128GB with a quad-camera setup for those who will purchase items PHP 15K and above.

The new Mi Store is a part of the company's ongoing expansion in the country to make Xiaomi products more accessible to Filipinos.
