Huawei is first to have a smart store with robots selling electronic products

Chinese tech giant Huawei officially opened its first unmanned store in Wuhan, so consumers can avail of mobile phones, computers, tablets, smart wearables, and other products at any time they prefer.

As mentioned, this smart store is situated in Wuhan Optics Valley New Development International Center, with a variety of Huawei electronic products. Also, it enables users to do both, online ordering and on-site purchases. 

Needless to say, the store does not need an employee to supervise the transaction. The only "salesperson" is a robot with a flexible robotic arm. In a circular flying saucer cabin, the items on the shelves can be seen from the transparent bulkhead

Moreover, the Huawei unmanned store offers round-the-clock and nonstop service. It features 24-hour smart storage robot automatic inventory, smart schedule management. These are all designed to give continuous smart services.

As of this date, Huawei has numerous offline stores all over China. This latest unmanned store is possibly a part of the initial plan and the tech giant has further development plans. There can be a likelihood that this robot manned store will be seen all over this country in future terms.

Aside from that, Huawei has stated that it has become the agreement of the retail industry to utilize new ICT technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence to reach innovation in business models.

It also has Bluetooth 5.0 for stable connectivity and 420mAh battery capacity which can last up to 14 days on a single charge.

To help you monitor your health and fitness, it has fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking features. The watch also has GPS and multi-function NFC.

Basically, it is Xiaomi's affordable sports-centric smartwatch in style.

In China, it is now available for the price of just CNY 799 (around PHP 5.8K).
