[QUESTION] convert deb to ipa files, sideloadly download into no JB device

Hi, I am newbie but I would be really happy if u quickly response to my question. I am unable to get JB cuz ios 14... and could converting deb jailbroken files to ipa files work to sideloadly download hacked jb games to unjailbroken iphone work?
