Sideloadly Problem - App not showing up

When I install Apps on my phone using Sideloadly I am able to Trust my apple ID under profiles and also the downloaded App is showing there but it's not showing on my homescreen. Double checked the App Library and used Search but it's not there. Any idea what the problem might be?
