Cannot see app after install SideLoady IPA

Hello community, i am using a iphone 8+ running IOS 14.6. I am using sideloady to install a app VIA Ipa file i sign in to my icloud using sideloady and everything works fine and the installation tool goes through and everything, but for some reason i can not see the app on my home screen anywhere! also when i go to settings->profile&device management it shows that i need to trust the app, so thats what i do, but still, nothing on my home page at all, i promise you i am not blind and dont see it, its really weird, good side loady installation, appears in settings, but doesnt show up on home page? i have also tried multiple times of deleting it and then reinstalling it, Also i deleted the original app before using side loading installation, maybe is that it? Lldb fails to attach and ends connection

So I ssh as root into my phone and then run lldb. Then i enter "attach binname" and lldb starts to attach, my game freezes and after about 25 seconds my connection is closed.
