Update to IOS 14.5

Hi guys, I am using XS Max, 13.4.1, uncover jailbreak I recently bought AirTags and the min OS is 14.5, is there any way for me to update to iOS 14.5 specifically as I don’t want to update to the latest as most of the tools I use will be incompatible. When I tried to update via my phone, it says no new update, when I tried to update via my pc, after downloading the software and rebooting the phone, it will say error. What should I do? TLDR: want to update to 14.5 without losing any Data, phone and pc update doesn’t work.
