Documents folder is empty when trying to edit an app via Filza

Hi guys, so i wanted to edit something within a local app in filza, so i head to the file documents folder but its empty, what is the reasoning for that? Does it mean that the app is like encrypted or sever sided ? Because when i try it on some other local app the documents folder has some files. i would really appreciate some answers
