Unable to sign in iosgod using google

Hi I just update my iphone 11 to 15.4 and now i am unable to use the cheat when i try logging in using my google account it say is permitted to register user account Please help

STEP 6: You will now have to enter your iTunes/Apple ID email login, press 'Start' & then you will be asked to enter your password. Go ahead and enter the required information. STEP 7: Wait for Sideloadly to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA. STEP 8: Once the installation is complete and you see the app on your Home Screen, you will need to go to Settings -> General -> Profiles/VPN & Device Management. Once there, tap on the email you entered from step 6, and then tap on 'Trust email@iosgods.com'. STEP 9: Now go to your Home Screen and open the newly installed app and everything should work fine. How do I install iGameGod Cheat Engine on my Non-Jailbroken device?

I read the instructions that the admins give and I still dont understand how to do it non jailbroken on IOS im trying to install it, I have the .deb file I dont understand what it means by the target IPA file, im just trying to download igamegod and hack nba 2 k mobile on it which is not on igamegods app store its on the apple app store.

Wondering if I can decrypt apps without having JB as I was forced to update due to bricking. Using iMazing to download iPAS just lead to them crashing instantly idk. Any help is thankful!
