Sideloadly: Says app is installed but app is nowhere on the device.

i load up the .ipa on sideloadly (win 10 laptop / unjailbreaked iphone 13.3.1 iphone 11) and it does the process and all and it says 100% installed but i look everywhere on my phone and its nowhere to be found.
