Some hacked IPAs will install as a duplicate app. Make sure to back it up so you don't lose your progress. STEP 2: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer. Issue with Sideloadly and 3 app limitation

I am trying to sideload an app but Sideloadly keeps telling me that I have 3 apps signed when I only have 2 on my iOS device. I have not been able to download a third app since the issue occurred. Maybe there's a way to delete the old app??? Please help me as this has been an ongoing issue. I can provide a picture to show which app it is.
