Unable to see app that was installed via Sideloadly

HI, Good morning!, I tried to install an app using sideloadly but after installing 100% I was not able to see the app... Ichecked and click trust on "VPN & Device Management" and it says verified already. is there anything more I must do? Godbless and thank you!

iGameGod not showing apps list for iOS 12.1.4

My device is an ipad 5 with ios 12.1.4 jailbroken by chimera I downloaded Igamegod as well as reinstall applist and preference loader and the igamegod itself multiple times but igamegod still doesnt show me the list of apps. I have tried redownloading jailbreak and restoring filesytem multiple times and the results are all the same.
