Sideloadly Step 6 - Receiving Code

I'm new here an have used cydia prior. So I do know how the steps work, but I'm stuck here. So I get to the end of step 6.It ask for a code that will be sent via text message an shows last digits of my number.but the text message never comes. It's been a few hours and still no message with code sent. I've tried a few different times now an still same thing happens. Please help?
