Is the LocalIAPStore jailbreak tweak safe to use?

Someone asked me how I got my skins on Gamepigeon and I told him that I got them for free because I’m jailbroken (I used LocalIAPStore). Is this incriminating evidence? Is it illegal to use LocalIAPStore? Could you go to jail or prison for using it? I only saved like $10-$20 by the way 😆
