terraria doesn’t open

whenever i try to open terraria and that one message pops up it doesn’t let me press "thank you" to proceed and the game just stays on a black screen and doesn’t open, can you help please?

Can I sideload a file into App's Document folder?

Are there way to sideload or include a file in App's document folder after sideloading it. I do not see Document Folder inside Payload. It must be programatically created.
