Where can I find an iPad Pro (M1 2021) on iOS 15.x for Dopamine

Hey! I'm interested in upgrading my main 2017 iPad Pro to the M1 version since Dopamine is out and those new bezels look so much better! Is there a place or website where I can find unopened boxes of the M1 iPad Pro so I can run the serial numbers & IMEI to find out which version it's probably on. Or do you guys have any other ideas?
