I bought the 2 month ViP, but can’t download it nor does my account reflect vip access. It tells me I need to buy ViP & redirects me to the purchase options. In my orders & subscriptions it says I purchased a ViP subscription. What am I doing wrong? I’m on a iPhone S6+, not jail broken, & iOS is 13.2.3
