In a recent tweet, Max Weinbach said that the upcoming Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will be coming in 128GB/256GB/512GB model and will have up to 16GB RAM. At the back of the camera will be the 108MP main camera, 48MP 10x optical telephoto camera, and 12MP ultra-wide camera. Inside will be a microSD card support for up to 1TB and a 5000mAh battery with 45W charger that promises to charge from 0 to 100 in 74 minutes!

In a follow-up tweet, Max also mentioned that all three S20 models will have eSIM support which could mean the removal of physical dual SIM trays.
