The Poco X2 is coming on February 4. It’s one of the most anticipated phones right now thanks to the precedent set by the Pocophone F1 which launched back in 2018. Are we expecting the Poco X2 to be flagship device? Not really. However, we’re curious to know how Poco’s first phone as an independent brand will turn out. We may have a better idea now thanks to a new leak that’s doing the rounds on the web.
Hindustan Times (HT) claims to have received a tip that reveals the possible design, price, and some specs of the upcoming Poco X2. The publication reports that the new Poco phone will have a 6.67-inch 120Hz RealityFlow display. The refresh rate and the marketing name of the display were previously confirmed by Poco.

The report goes on to state that the Poco X2 will feature the 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor, alongside three other rear camera sensors. From the looks of these specs, the Poco X2 is turning out to be a clone of the 4G Redmi K30. This has been expected for some time now thanks to a previously spotted listing of the phone which indicated the same model number as the Chinese variant of the Redmi K30.
Even the design of the Poco X2 seen in the allegedly leaked image above matches the Redmi K30, complete with the pill-shaped punch hole and dual selfie cameras.
Poco X2 leaked price
HT claims that the Poco X2 will get a 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant priced at Rs. 18,999 (~$265). There could be other RAM and storage combos as well, but those haven’t been detailed in the report.
If this is indeed the price for the Poco X2, it is almost the same as that of the Redmi K30 in China. At this price point, the Poco X2 could directly compete with the Realme X2 when it launches in the Indian market.
This latest Poco X2 leak might be the closest we’ve come till now to seeing the Poco X2 in the flesh. However, we would caution readers to take this information with a pinch of salt since Hindustan Times has not revealed the source of its tip-off.
