Paid for VIP but no way to download app??

Today I paid for VIP, only to find out that the iosgodsapp doesn't work, and I can't even pay extra for iosgodsapp +. So basically I paid for nothing in return. Can you please tell me what I can do in this situation? It is quite frustrating paying and not getting access
