To recall, at the back of the Note10+ is a quad-camera setup made up of a 12MP f/1.5-2/4 dual-aperture main camera, 16MP f/2.2 123-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, 12MP f/2.1 2x telephoto camera and a VGA DepthVision camera with a dual-tone LED flash.
Originally, the Pro mode was able to allow the user to shoot with controls for Manual Focus, ISO (50-800), Aperture (f/1.5-2.4), Shutter Speed (10 seconds to 1/24000th of a second), EV (+-2), and White Balance.

After updating the Galaxy Note10+ to Android 10 based OneUI, the camera app had a major visual UI changes. Included in these changes is the increased ISO range of 50-3200 and the longer shutter speed of up to 30 seconds to 1/24000th of a second.
This means users can now have more options when shooting low light situations with the higher maximum ISO and the longer shutter speeds.
