Xiaomi first put up the Mi 10 on sale last February 14 which sold out in a minute. A few days later on February 18, Xiaomi put the phone up for sale again at 10AM and quickly sold out in 55 seconds! A mere 5 seconds earlier than the first.

To recall, the device has a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED 90Hz display with in-display fingerprint reader. Inside is the Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor, Adreno 650 GPU, Qualcomm X55 5G modem, 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 128GB/256GB UFS 3.0 storage and 4,780mAh battery with 30W fast charging, 30W fast wireless charging and with 10W wireless charging.

It has a quad rear camera configuration made up of a 108MP f/1.69 main camera, 13MP f/2.4 ultra-wide camera, 2MP f/2.4 macro camera, and 2MP depth camera. It is capable of 8K video recording. In front is the 20MP front facing camera.

It is running on Android 10 based MIUI 10 and starts at CNY 3,999 (or around PHP 26K) for the 8GB/128GB model.

Mi 10 Supplies could be even more limited

For those who are looking to purchase the device, the upcoming Spring Festival and delayed resumption of work in China could cause supply shortage for the Mi 10. If you add the current corona virus outbreak that shut down production facilities and supply chain, the number available unit could only get fewer.
