Carbon Mobile recently introduced the Carbon 1 Mark II, a device dubbed as the "first" carbon fiber smartphone.

Thin and light phone with Helio P90 inside
Carbon said that the handset uses the HyRECM Technology (Hybrid Radio Enabled Composite Materials). Then the carbon fibers are interwoven with "radio permitting" composites to create a continuous monocoque (unibody) design.

Thanks to its use of carbon fiber material, the Carbon 1 Mark II is thin and light. The handset boasts that it is just 6.3 mm thick and it weighs at just 125 grams.
In front, the phone comes with a Gorilla Glass 6 protected 6.0.1-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ 2160 x 1080 resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by the 12nm MediaTek Helio P90 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz paired with PowerVR GM 9446 GPU clocked at 970MHz.
The handset also has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 21. storage, 3,050mAh battery with USB-C charging, 16MP f/2.0 + depth sensor, 20MP f/2.2 selfie cam, side-mounted fingerprint reader, dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD support, and GPS/GLONASS/Galileo.
The phone runs with Android 10 out of the box. The exact measurements are 153.5 x 74 x 6.3 mm.
The phone is now available for pre-order at its official website. The price tag is EUR 800 (around PHP 45K).
