Just a day after the claims about its Geekbench performance, it is AnTuTu's turn to reveal the benchmark score of the upcoming Huawei Kirin 820 SoC.

Higher than Snapdragon 765G
AnTuTu tested the said chip on the soon-to-be-released HONOR 30S with model number CDY-AN90. It is a phone with the Kirin 820 octa-core chip with Mali-G57 GPU, FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution screen, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage.![]() |

The result? It scored a whopping 375,270. It has a CPU score of 130,080, a GPU score of 116,516, a Memory score of 66,886, and a UX score of 61,788.

In comparison, it is higher than the Kirin 810-powered Nova 7i with a 305,540 average score.
On the other hand, the Snapdragon 765G has an average AnTuTu score of 322,826.
The score of Kirin 820 is near the average score of 397,541 found on the Kirin 980.
Kirin 820 is a chipset based on 4x Cortex-A76 cores and 4x Cortex-A55 cores. It is expected to use the 7nm manufacturing process like the Kirin 810.
We'll know more about this chip on the March 30 launch date of the HONOR 30S.
