| The leaked benchmark scores of the Exynos 1000 GPU vs Snapdragon 865's Adreno 650 GPU |
Benchmarks showed that it yielded strong GPU scores. In Manhattan 3.1 it recorded a score of 181fps which is significantly higher than the 123fps of Samsung. At Aztech Normal, the difference is 2.6x bigger than the Adreno 650. It got a score of 138.25fps versus the53fps of Adreno 650. At Aztech High, it clocked a 58fps score versus the 20fps of Qualcomm. That's almost 3x than what the Adreno 650 can achieve.
If this is true, the chip could be game-changing. It is based on the 5nm manufacturing process and it could be launched by the second half of 2020. Most likely, it'll debut with the Galaxy S series flagship next year.
