Samsung has silently published the product information page of the Exynos 850 made with the 8nm process. It first appears with the recently announced Samsung Galaxy A21s. The product page says that the new SoC features two ARM cortex A-55 cores at 2.0GHz and will come with the Mali-G52 GPU with support for LPDDR4X RAM, eMMC 5.1 storage, Cat. 7 LTE, FHD+ display and more.

The SoC can record up to 1080p 60fps video recording and encode HEVC/h.265. For cameras it can handle up to 21.7MP single camera sensor or a 16MP + 5MP dual cameras set-up. This is no surprise as the aforementioned Galaxy A21s has a 48MP camera with an HD+ display, up to 6GB RAM and up to 64GB of storage.
