AnTuTu reveals ROG Phone 3's benchmark score

China's Telecommunication Certification Center TENAA has listed the unannounced next ASUS ROG Phone. The same smartphone also passed by AnTuTu who revealed Key specs and the benchmark of the upcoming gaming phone. 

The listings revealed that the alleged ROG Phone 3 will come with a Snapdragon 865, 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 512GB UFS 3.0 internal storage and a 144Hz display.

Previously, the highest-scoring Android smartphone in China was the OPPO Find X2 Pro with a score of 604,123 in AnTuTu. Today, the benchmarking firm reveals that the upcoming ROG Phone scored a record-breaking 646,310 that can AnTuTu claims to be caused by an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 865.

GSMArena claims that the ROG Phone 3 could possibly achieve significantly higher scores is because of liquid cooling.

Lastly, the ROG Phone II was announced in July 2019 which would make these leaks in line with a possible July 2020 announcement.

Until ASUS makes an official announcement, take this information with a grain of salt as it is still considered as rumors.
