POCOPHONE F2 Pro is coming to the Philippines!

Xiaomi Philippines just teased the return of the POCOPHONE mobile brand in the country almost two years following the launch of the POCO F1 back in September 2018.

Xiaomi's teaser reads "POCO IS WAKING UP" caption and "#WakeUpPOCO #POCOPH" hashtags. The same marketing campaign was used by POCO Global when they launched the POCOPHONE F2 Pro last month.

What does this mean? The POCOPHONE F2 Pro will go official in the Philippines soon.

POCO comeback

As a quick recap, the POCO F2 Pro is the company's "Flagship Killer" of 2020. It is a phone with upper mid-range pricing, but with flagship specs.

The device features a 3D glass back design, an all-screen 6.7-inch 3D curved Gorilla Glass 5 protected Super AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 20MP pop-up selfie camera.

Inside, it is equipped with the 2.84GHz 7nm Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor, up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and 4,700mAh battery with USB-C 33W fast charging.

To keep the performance in check, it uses the new LiquidCool Technology 2.0 to dissipate heat better than the competition.

At the back, it boasts the 64MP f/1.8 Sony IMX686 main camera paired with an ultra-wide camera, a telemacro sensor for zoom shots with great details, and a depth sensor.
