Alleged Snapdragon 875G SoC to launch in early 2021, leaked roadmap reveals

GizmoChina reports that Qualcomm's alleged chipset roadmap leaked where it was revealed that the Snapdragon 875G will launch in Q1 2021.

Qualcomm has just announced the new Snapdragon 865 Plus recently and today, GizmoChina reports that a Weibo user leaked the image above that the Weibo user claims to be the Qualcomm's chipset roadmap. 

If true, consumers can expect that the Snapdragon 865G flagship SoC and Snapdragon 435G mid-range SoC can arrive as early as the first quarter of 2021. While the Snapdragon 735G is expected to arrive in Q2. It is worth noting that the standard 875 is missing from the roadmap. It could arrive as early as this December 2020.

Both the Snapdragon 875G and Snapdragon 735G will be made with Samsung's 5nm EUV process that promises 10 percent better performance while reducing power consumption by 20 percent.

The alleged roadmap also reveals what could be MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 600 and Dimensity 400 rival SoCs.
