vivo sub-brand iQOO just launched the U1 in China—an affordable smartphone equipped with a new-generation 8nm chipset and more.

In particular, the device sports a premium-looking 3D curved glass-like back design in Black, Blue, and White gradient colorways.

In the front, it uses a pretty big 6.53-inch LCD (IPS) panel with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution, 19:5:9 screen aspect ratio, and a punch-hole cutout to enable near all-screen experience and house the 8MP selfie snapper.

Inside, it is powered by Qualcomm's 8nm 2.0GHz Snapdragon 720G octa-core processor with Adreno 618 GPU. The device is paired with up to 8GB RAM, up to 128GB non-expandable storage, and 4,500mAh battery with micro USB 18W fast charging.
For the back cameras, it is equipped with a triple-camera setup starring a 48MP main cam joined by a 2MP macro cam and another 2MP camera for depth effect.
The handset also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 3.5mm headphone jack slot, dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual SIM slots.
It runs with Android 10 OS with Game Space and Multi-Turbo.
