Can’t install hacks/tweaks on my jailbroken iPad (unc0ver 5.3.1, IOS ver 13.5)

I jailbroke my iPad pro 11 inch 2018 model via unc0ver version 5.3.1, and my iOS version is 13.5 I installed preference loader, Filza, and have substitute ( can’t download substrate). after downloading tweaks/ hacks I open deb file and click on install and get the following logs (for dominations 8.860.861).
