We’re living in some polarizing times, both online and IRL. I genuinely feel like there’s just one thing we can all agree on: we don’t know who and what to trust. In this era of fake news and of huge companies that act in unethical and even illegal ways, it’s understandable that people want — and demand — more from the companies they buy from.
