Designed to address the businesses needs for speed and functionality
By creating the WorkForce Enterprise copiers, Epson aims to help businesses improve their printing productivity while lessening their negative impact on the environment. This line-up is geared towards medium to large offices as well as enterprises.
These new Epson copiers allegedly have better functionality and usability from its predecessors, with an improvement on ADF. They are equipped with a new stapler and booklet finisher to enable new functions like saddle-stitching, hole-punching, stapling, and stacking capabilities.
The copiers can perform speeds ranging from 60 pages per minute (ppm) to an ultra-fast 100ppm. They take just a little while to warm-up then can deliver a first-page-out time of 6.2 seconds.
For quality, they come with high capacity ink cartridges that can produce up to 100,000 pages for black and 50,000 pages for colored pages. Epson designed them to meet the needs of enterprises for the high volume that reaches from 20,000 to 100,000 pages on a monthly basis.
WorkForce Enterprise copiers as eco-friendly machines
With Epson’s PrecisionCore Heat-Free technology, these latest copiers need less power than the laser ones. WorkForce Enterprise copiers consume about 85 percent less energy compared to them. In addition to that, the carbon dioxide produced in the work area is up to 85 percent less with these copiers.
The new Epson copiers also have fewer components that need replacement over time. This means users will be more convenient to operate them as they only need to change ink cartridges and maintenance box.
They will produce less waste in the long run since it won't be necessary to replace toner, drum, developer, users, and other components. With these, you can reduce the amount of waste and help the environment since they have 59 percent fewer replacement parts.
