Over the years, Samsung has been building on making its Galaxy devices powerful individually but even better together. How far have they come in 2020?

SmartThings - Samsung Smartphones like the Galaxy S10 series, Note10 series, S20 series, and Note20 series can easily share movies and videos from the phone to a Samsung TV with an app or a tap to the TV.

Wireless PowerShare - This is not unique to Samsung phones, but S10, S20, Note10, and Note20 series feature Wireless PowerShare where the smartphone can reverse wirelessly charge another device that supports Qi wireless charging.

Some of those devices include the Galaxy Buds, Buds+, Buds Live, and Galaxy Watch3, Watch2, Watch Active and Watch Active2, or even smartphones from other brands.

Remote Camera Control - When using the smartphone's camera, Galaxy Watch-series owners can download and use the Camera Controler app on their Watch-series device and remotely control the smartphone's camera viewfinder and shutter release.

Connect seamlessly with a Windows PC, a Mac a Samsung TV, or a Monitor - Window's Your Phone app allows users to access, copy, and paste images, audio, and video recordings from their Samsung smartphone.

Samsung DeX for MacOS is also available for download. Once installed, Samsung users can plug their Samsung smartphone to their Mac computer and DeX will automatically detect it and will open the app automatically.

Samsung Dex will then create a desktop-like user interface for your phone where you can click and drag files from your smartphone to the Mac computer's folders.

Samsung Dex has also been updated to work without the use of a DeX specific dock or cable. The latest Samsung smartphones that support DeX can now use Dex with a compatible Samsung TV wirelessly or with a compatible Samsung TV/Monitor wirelessly with a USB-C to HDMI cable.

Samsung Account - Galaxy users are prompted to sign-up for a Samsung account when they set-up their Galaxy device for the first time. Users have the option to save settings, files, call & text logs, and back-ups to the cloud.

This means that when the Samsung user gets a new device, their files, settings, call & text logs, and back-ups transfer over. This also means that a Galaxy phone and a Galaxy Tab with the same Samsung account can share files and settings.

It is clear that after several years of building on the interactivity and integration between Galaxy devices has gotten to a point where tangible convenience has been achieved in 2020.

It isn't perfect though. There are still some kinks that need to be ironed out but the current state of the Galaxy Ecosystem is at a point where it is more promising than other brand's ecosystems.

What do you guys think?
