Sony DualSense Controller works on Android and Windows!
Sony has begun sending PlayStation 5 units to influencers and YouTubers. One of them is Austin Evans with a new video that highlights the new DualSense controller from Sony.
In the video, Austin Evans unboxed the new controller and then proceeded in trying to connect the Windows-powered Surface Laptop Go and the Android-powered Pixel 5. Austin then proceeded in playing a game with XBox Game Streaming on the Pixel 5 and it worked flawlessly. This is a surprise as the controller packaging says that the DualSense is only compatible with the PlayStation 5.
Austin also tried connecting the PlayStation 5 controller with the upcoming XBox Series X. Unsurprisingly, the PlayStation DualSense controller does not work on the competitor console.
Lastly, Austin also tried to connect the DualSense controller with the PlayStation 4 but unfortunately, it doesn't work.
The Sony PlayStation 5 starts at USD 399 and will be available for purchase on November 19 along with the DualSense Controller that is priced at USD 70.
