better to learn Objective-C or Swift ?

I would like to learn developing iOS app and also Tweak. I heard that tweaks are only written with Objective-C. Heard also that Swift is speeder then Objective-C for iOS app. So i would like to know, if some devs are here, what they think about it and they councils 🙂
