How do I get address and offsets from a game on my iPhone

I know this is probably a simple answer, but i went on google and found no videos or anything that helps me. So I came here seeking for help. I know you can get addresses from cheat engine but aren’t they dynamic and if they are how do I get their static addresses and offsets. Thanks
