Help?! Android hack won't install - kardashian hollywood game

I'm trying to install this hack (link below) for my Android Galaxy S10 (version 11, not rooted). I'm able to download it with seemingly no issues, but when I try to install it, the progress bar quickly goes up to around 90% within a couple seconds and then I get an error message that just says "app not installed". I checked the help FAQ and see a couple of other programs mentioned, but they all seem to be for apple products. I do not have anything else installed, and haven't been able to find any programs needed for Android hacks?
