I buy vip, but not unlock hack topic

Hello, I have problem with hack topic unlock. I buy jailbroken vip, and want get call of duty jailbroken hack, but topic not unlock becouse dont show topic bar, and i know topic not locked, becouse one man write, i dont understand why this happen, and what i need to do?
