Banned from Shopping App (How to bypass?)

I use a local asian ecommerce app to make purchases. They have a voucher for new users and I would like to use the voucher on multiple accounts. I was able to bypass their detection previously by changing my IP, performing a factory reset on iOS 14.8, register a new Apple ID, register a new Gmail account (which is used to sign up on the app) and then verify my account with a new unused phone number. Doing that, I was able to bypass their detection. I made a mistake of making too many orders at once using multiple accounts and they somehow was able to ban the accounts. Now, when I perform a factory reset, and followed all steps to ensure that they're not able to link me, I receive a message that prevents me from checking out. This indicates that they're somehow able to detect my device despite me performing a factory reset. How do I solve this?
