I had just bought vip and then 3 days later I broke my phone can I transfer vip to new iPhone

I was wondering if I can transfer my iosgods service to my replacement phone because I only had paid for the VIP for about 3days then I broke my phone....so can I transfer my iosgods service to my replacement phone or am I screwed
