Problem With Outdated Version Of App/Updating Apps Through Sideloadly

Hello, On my not jailbroken iPad 7th gen running iPadOS 15.3.1, I've been having an issue with the 191.0.506548 version of Marvel Puzzle Quest starting up. Regardless of whether I use Scarlet on my iPad or sideload it using my Windows 10 laptop with Sideloadly, the app signs in with my iosgods account and is stuck on 100% loading indefinitely. I assume the problem is that the app won't continue working because it is an outdated version of the app from 2019, but I am not sure if I'd have to wait for the file to be updated on iosgods or if there is a way to update the ipa before, during or after it has been sideloaded onto my device. I looked at another support question regarding updating sideloaded apps, but it was unclear on how to exactly go through this process on Sideloadly. If someone can explain this process, assuming it's possible, that would be highly appreciated. Thank you, Erb
