Paid for VIP, cannot download as it's still stuck in Enqueued status. Have waited 40 min, still nothing. App is Microsoft teams. I have signed out and back in multiple times, I have tried in a new browser. My VIP status is showing in the menu with a 4 second estimate. I see lots of posts from others having the issue, but frustratingly the solution isn't listed. An admin does something and the person says thanks and leaves. 0 info, so I'm making a new thread.
