Backing up programs installed via a Sileo repo can it be done please?

Hi So I am totally new to the whole ipad and jailbreaking scene so have done many searches but hoping this question will get my answer as I am getting a bit lost. Firstly, I can get a bit ocd-paranoid about preserving my tablets because my little boy has autism and doesnt understand changes, so whatever I get I try to have full local backups of so I can recreate it if/when tablets break and need replacing. So... I have an Ipad Mini2 and it is jailbroken with cydia (installed via sideloadly), both of which I have the original files on my windows pc so thats good. However I then have two really useful programs that I had to download from repos online. They work great but I am worried for if the repo location dissapears (I have seen repos gone for other stuff I tried to get this past week). So with these things installed on my tablet is there a way to kind-of back them up onto PC? So I could reinatall later without the need for the repo? Not sure if its okay to list apps got from repos so I havent (yet) listed the names of them unless people say it would help to know.
