Use Apple Homepod as windows PC speaker audio delay issue

I could need some help, I own a homepod 2 and I want to use it as a speaker for my Windows computer. I have learned that the only apps available that work are AirParrot 3 or Tuneblade. Tested both. Tuneblade has more settings but with all of those, I could not fix the audio delay. AirParrot instead is very simple but is almost perfect, there is a small delay also. Can anyone help me get rid of the audio delay, if there is any app that works better, even paid, pls help. Thanks.
