Samsung announces Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 13 with QLED screen and Intel 10th Gen chip

At the CES 2020 in Las Vegas, Samsung announced the Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 13, a QLED 2-in-1 laptop with an affordable price tag.

Despite not having Qi wireless charging pad inside the trackpad and an S Pen with a slot in the laptop coming Galaxy Book Flex, the Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 13 sports a premium aluminum body in Royal Silver colorway and a 13.3-inch QLED FHD 1920 x 1080 display and even smaller bezels. For enhanced multitasking performance, there is an option to buy an S Pen separately.

Under the hood, it uses an unknown 10th Gen Intel Core processor, Intel UHD Graphics, 8GB or 12GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB NVMe SSD with microSD expansion slot, and 54WHr battery with up to 17.5 hours battery life and fast charging support.

The laptop also has a 720p HD webcam, dual-array microphone, 1.5W x 2 stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone slot, fingerprint scanner, WiFi AX, and 1x USB-C, 2x USB 3.0, and 1x HDMI slots.

It measures at 304.9 x 202 x 13.9 mm and weighs 1.19kg.

The laptop will be available in US in H1 2020 for USD 829.99 (around PHP 42K). There's no word on its international availability yet.
