Apple may Finally add 120Hz Pro Motion to the iPhone

More rumors for the upcoming Apple iPhone 12 Pro  series arrive from unreliable leaker Max Weinbach and YouTube channel EverythingApplePro. To recap, EverythingApplePro also revealed the alleged CAD renders of the iPhone 12 Pro.

Max Weinbach claims that the iPhone 12 Pro will allegedly be offered in 6.1 and 6.7-inch sizes with much-awaited 120Hz ProMotion display that has been in the iPad Pro for years. Weinbach adds that the new flagship hone will dynamically switch between 60 and 120Hz depending on the user's activities to save battery life.

Weinbach says that because of the increased power consumption of the ProMotion display and 5G, the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max will contain larger batteries. He suggests that the bigger iPhone 12 Pro Max will feature a 4400mAh battery instead of the 3969mAh battery from the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

In the video embedded above, EverythingApplePro claims that the Face ID will be improved to have a wider angle of view to support unlocking in variety of angles while fitting in a smaller notch design. More information about the smaller notch at this previous report at this link.

Max Weinbach also claims that the LiDAR scanner will immensely improve the autofocus speed, portrait mode and augmented reality accuracy.

EverythingApplePro also added that the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max will have improve camera capabilities especially with the Smart HDR along with the new 3X telephoto zoom. This is a major change from the 2x telephoto that has been standard for years.

Until Apple makes an official announcement, take this information with a grain of salt as this information is considered as rumors.
