Grab resumes 24/7 operations in Metro Manila, Cebu City, Angeles, Mabalacat and San Fernando.

Grab is now available 24/7 in select areas
GrabTaxi and GrabCar services will be available around the clock starting today. There are still safety measures in place. You can still only pay through cashless means such as GrabPay, debit cards, and credit cards. Some areas will only GrabCar 2-seater while the Greater Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, and Laguna will have 4-seater options.
Grab was operating in a limited capacity during the pandemic with earlier operating hours. Drivers can only accept passengers up to 12AM in compliance with the imposed curfews and lockdowns.
Here are the areas for GrabCar:
GMA, select areas in Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna (2-seater/4-seater)
Pampanga - Angeles, Mabalacat, and San Fernando (2-seater)

In addition, GrabMart is only available in Metro Manila and Cebu. GrabExpress is back to normal in Metro Manila and select areas in Cebu, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete, Pampanga, and Davao.
It's other transport services are still disabled so no GrabShare, GrabCar 6-seater, GrabCar Premium, GrabCar Family, and GrabCar Pet.
